What sizes of containers do you supply?
We supply standard 20’ and 40’ shipping containers. High cube containers are available upon request.
Can I purchase or just hire containers?
Both options are available. You can hire containers for short or long-term, or purchase new or second hand container units outright.
Do you provide refrigerated containers?
Yes — we offer refrigerated container units that maintain specified temperature settings, ideal for food, drinks, medical or other temperature-sensitive products.
What are the delivery terms?
Deliveries are typically scheduled between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend or after-hours delivery can be arranged with prior notice (extra charges may apply).
What vehicle types do you use for deliveries and placement?
We use equipment capable of placing containers directly on the ground at your site. For difficult access or tight sites we can provide alternate lifting/placement methods subject to site conditions and extra fees.
What are your weight limits?
Standard 20’ or 40’ containers are suited for up to 22 tonnes (gross weight) when delivered via side loader. If your container exceeds that weight, please provide details so we can arrange special equipment or advisory.
Can you store containers for me?
Yes — we offer storage at our depots around Australia. Daily storage rates apply per container based on size, and transport costs may apply for moving containers into storage.
What are your payment terms for new customers?
Payment in full in advance. We may reconsider payment-on-account or more favourable terms once an annual spend of $60,000 has been reached.
What about insurance and damage liability?
Our standard marine insurance covers up to $250,000 per container. For higher value contents or specialty items, additional insurance can be arranged — please inform us in advance.
What is included in the proposal price?
Proposal pricing typically includes supply/hire of the container, transportation (road + side loader placement), a period of free site loading/unloading (usually 30 minutes), and basic delivery fees. Optional add-ons like extra site time, after-hours work, special lift equipment or storage are separate.
How do I obtain a quote?
Simply let us know:
- The container size(s) required
- Whether you wish to buy or hire
- Delivery sites and required dates
- Required placement method (side loader, crane, etc.)
- Any storage or refrigeration needs
How long is the proposal valid?
Prices are subject to container stock availability and may change. Our proposals are generally valid for 30 days from issue, unless otherwise stated.
What if my site access is restricted or difficult?
We base our pricing on the assumption of standard road access in good condition. If access is restricted (narrow road, low height, uphill, etc.), please advise in advance, so that we can accommodate your requirements— additional fees may be required.
Can I pack my car into the container?
